After spending far too much time riding Morris in a poorly fitting dressage saddle, I went on the search for the impossible: a perfectly fitting dressage saddle, that enabled me to feel what was going on underneath me, but didn't irritate my sensitive boy. My search lead me to Bliss of London... Their saddles are absolutely beautifully made, as well as being pressure tested. AND you can have one custom made, so yours can be as blingy (or as boring!) as you like!
